Additional Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key identifying different areas of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
